Scot Gray is responsible for the meals in the home area dining rooms. He supervises the kitchen staff and plans the menus. Scot and the dietitian are available for nutritional counselling if required (any dietary concerns or suggestions should be discussed with the dietitian directly). As a Red Seal Chef, he brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to the department. The DDS reports directly to the Administrator and is available to address any of your concerns in her absence.
